Sofra is a volunteer project I built for a student association at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Casablanca during Ramadan 2026. The association was organizing daily Iftar meals for over 200 students but had no system to manage it. Everything was done manually with paper lists and WhatsApp messages. I designed and built a digital platform from scratch with Claude AI that allowed the team to register students, track who received their meal each day, manage volunteers, and send announcements; All in real time from their phones. My role covered everything: understanding what the team needed, designing the solution, building it, and supporting the team during distribution days.
